Courses content varies from program to program but in general courses may include a combination of written and video presentation material. Hybrid membership includes access to a coach for your issue(s) and ability to attend a monthly group session as well. 

Life Wise is made up of coaches many of whom are licensed therapists or certified coaches. This helps to ensure you are receiving a higher quality of information. However as an institution Life Wise is not accredited by another institution. Every approved, paid course features a certificate of completion to document your accomplishment.


Yes! You just click on the course you want and you will see on the right side of the page a small window screen just above the course ratings. Please play to get a feel for the instructor and the course content. On a fun note some video course may also have movie clips or animations added in.

Satisfaction is important to us so we allow 15 days from time of purchase to apply for a refund. Refunds are subject to our return/refund policy. 

Refunds can be requested by filling out our contact us from. Refunds are determined by a Life Wise team member who will review your request and if it meets our policy guidelines a refund will be issued with in 30 days. 

Our 15-day policy

We do not provide 100% refunds due to credit card processing fees. However those who qualify for a refund will receive the remainder. While our 15-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk free, we must also account for and protect the company costs for processing your purchase and our instructors from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 15 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.

Additional reasons for denied refunds are as follows…

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

  1. A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.
  2. Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
  3. Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
    Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms or Trust & Safety Guidelines.
  4. We do not grant refunds for any subscription services unless otherwise required by applicable law 

Credit only refunds

In cases where a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, the refund will be granted using Life Wise credits, provided it otherwise. meets our 15-day refund policy.
